They made it very smooth and easy to getting the planning completed and were very helpful with the selections that needed to be made. They also did a wonderful job with the pricing of everything. A special thanks to Tiffany who went above and beyond on her work and professionalism to make my aunt's final appearance one that we as a family were extremely pleased with. The service provided by Azalea Lynaum Mortuary was just ok. We appreciated how fast and timely everything was completed. We also liked the communication. We were definitely well informed throughout the process. However, there were minor issues that were noticed. The program contained so many typos. We felt that the lady who was creating it was annoyed when mistakes were pointed out. We were also surprised at the condition that of the facility. It’s a bit run down and dirty. There was a used vape stuck in the sofa when we arrived to the viewing among other things. It would seem like the company would want to keep the facility looking neat and clean for families during difficult times. I know the building is old, but it definitely needs to be better maintained.
