Overall experience was good. Grace was very accommodating and compassionate. My only issue is we had graveside service scheduled at 11 am and the flowers were not set up but had been delivered. Needless to say family members had to get flowers and arrange which I wasn’t happy about. This is why rating is 3

I was really discussed with the condition of this cemetery. There was dog feces everywhere. Why do they let people walk there dogs amongst the graves. Some people so inconsiderate and thoughtless. Some of the graves you could not even see, they were covered up with dirt. The only thing they do there is cut the grass. Don’t know who is in charge but they are doing a pretty bad job. Use to be one of the nicest cemeteries, but not anymore. I’m sorry my daughter and two grandchildren are buried there also both my parents. If I could move them I would.So disappointed ☹️

My son passed away in April 2024 and I wanted to have his funeral on his birthday the next following month. But I was told they couldn’t cremate him because one of their inferno was down and there was a waiting list but they did tell me if I pay $1400 extra that would move me up, but they couldn’t guarantee me that it will be done before his birthday. I was so upset why do I have to pay the cost of there negligent on one of there inferno not working. But what they didn’t know that I grew up here and I been talking to a lot of people and one of my friends father died about a week after my son and was cremated three days later and didn’t pay $1400 extra that they asked me for. These people are like vultures they take advantage of people that are grieving and want more money. None of them are Godly people there wolfs in sheep clothing acting like they care. Taking them to court for a jewelry urn I paid for that I still didn’t get call the company and they told me they had Discontinue the item and had not received any money and to contact mission memorial. Haven’t got a refund. God bless those who read this I hope and pray you don’t Experience what I went through. Don’t deal with these people
