Peter did a good job taking care of most of the pre-funeral details but, after the initial meeting, he basically stopped doing his job. I wasn't notified when my brother's ashes were ready to be picked up, he never informed me when the death certificates were available and mailed them to my home 2.5 hrs away (versus having me pick them up as I requested), he didn't respond to emails, etc. NOT a good experience during a very hard time!
