A FAMILY MEMBER OF OURS DIED AND HAD ALREADY BEEN EMBALMED. McCUNE TOLD US WE HAD TO PAY AGAIN FOR EMBALMING again, which HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE! SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM TO ME. WHEN ASKED WHY THE EXtRA COST FOR SOMETHING THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE? "It's in the package and it cannot be changed". SOUNDS LIKE A CROCK OF S*#T TO ME. TIME TO CONTACT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND I DAMN SURE WILL BE!
