I cannot say enough good things about the Hartford Memorial Funeral Chapel. My father passed away in September, 2023 and was a resident of Hartford for most of his life. Our family knew this is where he would want his services held and we could not be more pleased with the experience we had. The staff was so kind and gracious. They listened carefully as we talked about the type of memorial we wanted for our Dad. They were patient and interested as we hashed out memories and stories about his life and the type of person he was. With each interaction we were treated with respect and the utmost care to make the planning and process as easy and worry-free as possible. We found the costs very manageable and competitive. The outcome was a perfect experience in honoring our father and celebrating his life as a family. We will always be grateful for the team at Hartford Memorial.

When you’re dealing with a loved one passing, you don’t necessarily care how a funeral home looks. In this case, I really noticed how beautiful the home is. The staff were professional, welcoming, and caring. The one person who stuck out to us was Ms Kristine Jones; she went above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful. She made a tragic loss a more bearable burden and we are truly grateful for her.
