Initial interaction with this organization was outstanding. However, their services eventually became woefully deficient. I was offered a floral arrangement on a pedestal for urn that I agreed on that never materialized. I wanted as many flowers for my Wife’s service, unfortunately, organization delivered wilted floral arrangement ordered on obit page to me days AFTER her service. If not for a single small vase of 4 cut flowers, there would have been NO flowers at her service. I paid for Guest sign-in book for my Wife’s Celebration of Life that never materialized. Miller-Jones had just one chance to get this right and their result was an EPIC FAIL!!! My Wife deserved a better send off than she received!! My beautiful Wife’s service resembled that of a pauper, making the most devastating time in my life - even worse.

We had an amazing experience with Miller Jones in Menifee. We had my mom's memorial service there and laid to rest the urns of 4 family members. When I think about the way we were treated, I get tears in my eyes. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The little touches they provided made it very personal. Thank you Stacy, Jesse, Pastor Ted, Linda and the others who helped my family. I am beyond thankful.

My mother passed away just over a month ago and we went with Miller-Jones just by default because we knew the name and had been to other services there. We were doing a simple cremation with no extras, and we went in with that mindset. We stated that to Ariel when we arrived and she never, not one time tried to upsell us, she gave us exactly what we asked for while explaining all the options to us. She also was very thorough and letting us know about each expense we were paying for so that we knew where every dollar we were spending went. She genuinely seemed to care about our family and listen to stories about my mom and what we went through. I feel like we maybe paid a little more than if we went through a cremation only facility, however I feel like you get what you pay for and their care and concern and follow up have really meant a lot to our family. We've been contacted three different times over the last month just checking in, letting us know where things stand and giving us resources for grief counseling. My mother was in a care facility for 3 months and then on hospice for 2 weeks and we didn't get one phone call after she died from either of those businesses. Nothing to say we're sorry for your loss, do you need anything. The facility where she was at never called about a few things that I realized later had been left there, or to just make sure we got everything handled. The hospice didn't reach out to see if we needed anything until I called and left them a very firm angry message over a week after my mom passed. But Miller Jones has been amazing about just checking on our family and making it feel like we matter. Which leads me to absolutely believe that my mother was handled with all dignity and respect because that's how they have treated our family. That is a priceless comfort.
