All I’ve known in my lifetime when it comes to funerals is Miller Jones Mortuary. Death is never easy and the process after such is nothing short of that. Olga, who was assigned to our family, was amazing, resourceful, and genuinely empathetic throughout the process. Always lending a listening ear or helping hand. I cannot thank her and the team at Miller Jones/Dignity Memorial enough for the services and support they provided. Our Mother purchased a cremation plan with the intention of an out of state burial several years ago. I lost my mama recently and we came here because my dad came here for my grandparents. This is new to me, so the service here was excellent and Karie was so sympathetic and willing to work with us during this difficult time in our lives. She made the process very easy and stress-free. It wasn’t fun helping plan my mother’s funeral as a newly 18-year-old girl, but she presented everything very well which made it easy to make decisions on what we wanted for my mom. There was no strings attached, she said it as it is, and my family and I truly appreciate that. I hope to never have to come to here again because of the place it is, but if I was in a situation where I had to, this would be the place I choose to come to. Wonderful people.
