My mom, Jackie Deluccia passed away on May 11th. The services were being held on May 20th. I ordered on line thru Middlesex Funeral Home the Tribute Store on the Friday before the services. The flowers were supposed to be delivered to the funeral home before the gathering, I was unable to attend because i was out of the country. My sister knew I had sent a beautiful tribute to our mom, but was as upset as I was when she told me that my flowers and also my other sister's flowers NEVER were Delivered! I was very upset about her passing to begin with and not having our flower arrangement and the heartfelt message we sent was NOT THERE! The excuse I got when I called the Tribute Store was ridiculous, they said they could not find a flower shop to deliver the arrangement. Same on the funeral home for using a terrible company The Tribute Store! I also rate the Tribute Store with a ZERO!
