My sister Dorothea Riback passed away November 20th.somehow the people at zsaint Joseph's did not have her information about me. I am her next of kin.i had prepaid for her cremation and delivery at Cremation Society of New Hampshire.When I got the call from Michauds I was pretty upset about her being at the wrong place. Mr Michaud was calm and polite, logical. And kind.as it turned out it was fortunate that she was at Michauds. The price was less and they offered a compassionate service that ended up saving me alot of money. I got a refund from the other place. Kudos to Carl Michaud for really compassionate care. Since I reside in another state very far away I appreciated very much his professionalism and kindness.I would not hesitate to recommend this Funeral home.

Have used Michaud Funeral Home twice now (2018 & 2023) and highly recommend them. Both were simple cremations- no services or burials. Carl and his staff are very helpful, sympathetic, and easy to work with. Prices are affordable. We never felt they would try to upsell us and they answered all of our questions with a sympathetic ear. They handled pick up from the hospital and transportation to the funeral home and crematory and urn options. Thank you Carl & Makayla for your help.

They did all the care and arrangements for family member of a close friend. The service was beautiful and they took the time to accommodate all of the family and friends who wished to come pay respects, including piping the service to the yard for the overflow. They were so understanding and kind to the widow and family.
