I wish to give a special thanks for never making us feel pressured to purchase anything from your company, or implying that funds were ever an issue. Also for: always taking our phone calls at all hours, for opening your doors for us after business hours, for offering to continue your services, even weeks down the line, without problem- to transfer her ashes to other urns. Thank-you for wording her obituary just right and later adding to her obituary right after a phone call. You did a great job on the music and our wishes for that. It is much appreciated that you allow everyone as much time as needed for visitation. Michaelson Funeral Home has a great reputation by mouth and you have proven your reputation to be true.

Doyle was great, but then there was Mr.Michaelson. He was not a man of his word. We were told my father's ashes would be ready at the end of the week and would be delivered to us. On the following Monday my niece called and was told the ashes were ready on Friday but we now needed to pick them up ourselves. We are still waiting for death certificates to arrive in the mail because the only way of getting them was to pick them up ourselves or have them mailed. Well it's been three weeks and we are still waiting. This has been a very unpleasant experience for our family between wanting to get my father's affairs settled and not having any way to do that. I will not recommend this place to anyone nor will I use there services in the future. I was very disappointed in the service we have received from Mr.Michaelson. On a better note thank you to Doyle for your help during this difficult time.
