From start to finish, the process was as peaceful as it could possibly be. Jeremiah was a pleasure to work with from the start. He answered all questions I had, made sure to explain things simply (especially given the fact that it was an upsetting and stressful situation) and he was just a genuine and caring individual. Janine and Jen were absolutely wonderful during the service. The respect shown to me and my family during this extremely difficult time, I will never forget it. Not only were they both kind and courteous, but they also were able to find moments to make me smile and provide a sense of peace during the service. I wish anyone who has to say goodbye to a loved one finds the peace I had while working with these wonderful humans.

What a blessing it was that we chose Hegarty & Scalia for our father's memorial service. The entire team expressed empathy and understanding from beginning to end, and helped us ensure his service was what we wanted. We felt cared for throughout the process, and even when we made last minute changes or requests, those were immediately acknowledged and implemented. The price was reasonable, and even though we had not pre-planned the funeral, we did not feel pressured or upsold. I would use them again without hesitation, and highly recommend their services.
