I literally had such admiration for the services i have experienced in the last several years using Metropolitan Funeral Home. But, my perspective has has changed drastically after the experience I had today. I've always used the Norfolk locations and they had been absolutely wonderful. The director at the Portsmouth location ( the lady with long locs) was so unprofessional, rude, and lack any empathy for my family during their loss. Had i known that the director at the Portsmouth location would have behaved so poorly, i would have never suggested their services to be used. Everyone else whom worked at the Portsmouth location was so kind and helpful. It's a shame that one bad apple ruined the bunch. She is definitely in the wrong profession.

My family and I are truly thankful for the outstanding service we received throughout the process of planning my mother’s funeral. Mr Cason and his staff were very professional and accommodating throughout our arrangements. Thank you for making this difficult time a little easier to deal with!

This is the second time I've tried to view my love one's funeral services through online livestream. I also read the small print about the suitability and the possibilities of technical issues, but when will it be fixed???
