Not only the Mercer’s are family but they really do care of the family that they are in need of. They really took care of my family when we lost my dear grandmother Irene Love Fuller back in May 2023. She was more beautiful in her transition than I’ve ever seen before. Thank you Mercer Brothers.

Wow. After reading these reviews, I had to post my own disastrous experience. To the reviewers wondering if Ralph Mercer treats "friends" or "relatives" less disrespectful, the answer is no. I, for one, do not know him, do not care to know him, and he, definitely, does not know me, although he claimed to have known me as a child. So, apparently, he has had some sort of rapport with some elder members of my family. Yet, he was very disrespectful, arrogant, unpleasant, and unprofessional. My family and I were viewing my grandmother to confirm our satisfaction. The family suggested some things to correct, and he had the audacity to tell us that she was like she was going to be, that we could make the changes ourselves, and said that I was "running my mouth" by informing him of imperfections noticed. He never had the decency to stand up, walk over and even see our exact concerns. He just sat back, slouched on the couch, in that viewing room, as though he was at his home, in his living room, watching television. That individual is bonkers. Simply hearing how he handles conversations over the phone, with his nasty tone, showed who he was before even being in the same room with him. I have never experienced such insanity, especially at a time like this that should be handled delicately. He treated our time of grief carelessly, and it will never be forgotten or forgiven. My sister and I will, most definitely, never step foot in their establishment after completing this process with our grandmother.

The Mercer family are so talented and amazing at their business! My family were proud and very pleased at their care for Mom and Dad Coleman! All we can say is THANK YOU, RALPH ( I remembered, not Mr. Mercer😂) AND THE MERCER FAMILY!❤️🙏🏾
