My late great grandmother’s service was held at this Memory Chapel. The service was lovely, and the burial, the day of, was smooth. Since then, the funeral home has continued to drop the ball. The funeral director, neglected to sign her death certificate prior to releasing it to the state. This negligence has caused a persistent, and unnecessary struggle in setting my great grandmother’s estate. It has been over a month since she was buried, and no grass has been placed over her grave. This not only feels disrespectful, it is disrespectful. Losing a loved one is already a hard time, and it is expected that funeral professionals do their job properly. This is an incredibly sensitive profession, that requires the utmost dedication, and education. These seem to be lacking at this location, as no one could be bothered to even issue an apology for their negligence. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism, and the slow nature of this business. This has not been a smooth, or easy process; all because one person couldn’t even perform the most basic functions, such as signing a document. I am beyond disappointed, and beyond perturbed by this funeral service provider. I would not recommend this business at all.

I had a great experience at Memory Chapel. I met with Devin. He helped me make prearrangements for a funeral service. It was so easy and without stress. The whole staff was so friendly and professional. I was impressed with the respect and dignity they show. I left very happy and pleased with my purchase. I got exactly what I wanted and with the price that fit my budget. There couldn’t be a better staff anywhere.

We are being charged $24,000.00+ for a graveside funeral. No viewing, plastic vault, a flat headstone made out of brass, the funeral home carrying the flowers and him to the grave. He is not being embalmed. My family went in saying we want the cheapest we can go. The young lady goes into telling them of all the packages they have. My family thinking that included everything they needed. Three hours later family tired, the funeral home telling them its going to be over 25,000 dollars. The funeral home telling my family they are going to have to borrow money to pay for it. Which my father in law is 85 on a fixed income. My sister in law said no give us the least we can get by with and walk out without owing you anything. The funeral home played on my families feeling and got all the money out of the policy. My brother in law got the policy for that reason, but I don't think he thought cost that much for just a graveside funeral. We will have to use them one more time. Because my father in law will be buried by his wife. I will not use them for anyone else in my family. I will get someone in another county before I use them for anyone that I have to be over their funeral. Very disappointed in this funeral home. They just said bend over and take it.
