I had performed funeral services that were held at Memorial Oaks, so I was already acquainted with some of the staff. Everyone was extremely professional. When my mother passed, Memorial Oaks was the only name that came to mind. They were just as professional in making arrangements and were compassionate and caring throughout the entire process. Thank you, Mr Gerke and your entire team for caring for me and my family.

It is difficult for me to compose sentences at this time. My wife passed away recently. I knew I needed help with funeral arrangements for a very special woman. I needed to honor her with the best goodby ever. I met with Ms. Zabilski knowing nothing about anything regarding arrangements. I immediately sensed her competence and was comforted knowing my situation was in good hands. Ms. Zabilski and the staff at Memorial Oaks handled literally everything to perfection. What a comfort at a difficult time. Knowing that Memorial Oaks made a great effort for me I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable fee for service.

Our experience with Memorial Oaks started with my Grandmother's funeral in 2000. My mom and dad pre-paid their funeral and were assisted by Clarence Gerke. He was a kind man and took good care of us. I don't remember my dad's funeral very well, but it went smoothly. What I do remember is my mom's funeral in April of 2024. Memorial Oaks took care of every detail, often without us asking. So many things happened that I didn't even know needed to be done - they just took care of it. The folks that I'd like to thank are Jennifer - the funeral director for my mom. She has a very gentle caring demeanor which worked very well for our family. Also, Carolyn who took my many many phone calls with grace and took care of what I needed. Adam put together a wonderful video tribute to my mom and was willing to add to it as we found more photos we wanted to include. Emma took care of us in many ways. I'm forgetting people that I'm sure helped us, but everyone there was so kind.
