I do not recommend this place. They are unprofessional. I’ve called 2-3 times today to ask if a death certificate came in my calls were unanswered but I have a family member call and it was immediately answered. My process is slowed down for my cousin and can’t do anything until I get the certificates (schooling, SSI, Etc). I’ve made this known. I’ve made all my payments in May-June and still have yet to receive anything from them. 2-3 months we have been waiting. I do NOT recommend.

If I could give them 10 stars I would, Sonny and Karla are so professional and caring and tremendously helpful through the whole process of losing my husband. I can’t thank them enough for taking such good care of him.

This is the worst funeral home I have ever had to deal with. They are incredibly insensitive and very rude. Very unprofessional. I called in regards to my close family member and as I was talking they hung up on me. I am still in shock at how disrespectful they have been when my loved one has been waiting there for 3 weeks. Unbelivabe.
