The entire staff at Melsons were incredibly supportive and patient in helping my sister and family make arrangements after the untimely death of my brother in law last week. Doug and Mary went out of their way to listen and be available to all of us, no concern or question was too small. The entire staff at Melsons was fantastic and we thank you for making Rick's service exactly what my sister wanted.

The Melson's Funeral home did an outstanding job with our parents service. Both of our parents died within eleven days of each other this past Christmas. Like this wasn't enough heartach, then we had the blizzard and had to postpone the service. I was calling thier man Doug daily, all hours. He even went in one evening to change our parents service day on Melson's web site. Special thanks to Doug! He was so kind and professional throughout the process. I would not recommend this funeral home to anyone. They do not make your entire family feel at peace during the grieving process. The director of the Funeral Home did not allow all of my grandfathers kids to be involved in the funeral planning process. It was the most disrespectful thing anyone can do by not allowing a mans own daughter and son to have any say in the process. He would not return phone calls, refused to answer any messages. Do not come here if you want your family to be able to grieve peacefully and respectfully over the loss of a loved one.
