I hate to say this but the service is not the same Mark Sr past and Brian his son always has an excuse why he can't take a call. I sent a very close friend to them and requested to speak with Robin and 2 months have past and have not received a call from her. I have left messages for her and to this date no return call, When Mark was alive we had a great relationship but things have gone side ways. Brian need to step up and be the responsible man his dad was if he wants churches to keep any relationships on going

We as a church community have always used McKays funeral home in Lawndale but that is about to change. A church member drove 2 hours to view their loved one today but was a few minutes late due to traffic and distance. McKay virtually shut the door in their faces and refused to allow them to even enter the building. They could have given them at lease 5 minutes with their loved one since they had driven so far on a hot day. That was unforgivable. McKay has always been the first choice of all of the people I deal with and know but not anymore. Where was the humanity in that. I will do all I can to insure no one I know uses McKays funeral home going foraward.
