Max Sass Funeral Home was extremely helpful in caring for my deceased relative and myself. Sara Guza was especially helpful in describing the process and in checking on my grief. I highly recommend them.

My experience with Amanda was very rude as if I bothered her for calling and asking questions about pictures. I guess she doesn't want to do her job.She gave me the wrong Email account.When I called her back I must have been bothering her., she was very nasty and very Rude And when I asked her to put. Nicole or whoever's in charge of Nicole on the phone because I wanted to file a complaint on her. She refused and basically hung up the phone on me. Do not Bury your loved one there. You'll have problems with Amanda.

My father set up his arrangements early here at the Oklahoma location. He passed in January 2024. At the time of his funeral, I couldn’t have been more pleased. Everyone was FANTASTIC, but I mostly worked with Andy. Who has shown to be an exceptional person. So patient, kind and truly cared about mine and my families comfort before, during and after his funeral. My Father “looked amazing” and like himself. I was so happy with EVERYTHING!
