Jennifer Smith has been amazing to work with. I've just had the worst two weeks of my life, to including "crazy" extenuating family circumstances that made it all worse. She was the only nice person I had to speak to. Jennifer was always there....(even when I called her on Sunday on accident, twice). I can't imagine the kind of training required to do a job like this, but in the unfortunate event that you need this service, I would highly recommend them. They were a kind voice when I needed it the most!
