It is obvious when a loved one passes away that there is stress and concerns by the family. So many things to handle and manage along the way. In our case we had pre-planned a service for a family member. When the time finally arrived, the staff handled everything. All we had to do was literally show up. During the wake, we needed a few adjustments like additional prayer cards. They had them prepared within the hour. Shout out to Thomas and the entire team, these people know how to show empathy and manage change on the spot. We had a special needs person in our group. You would think she was a member of the staff the team was so gracious and welcoming to her. More importantly, they were able to adjust their approach to make a person in this situation feel at ease with the process itself. As a result we have had less stress in the aftermath with her ability to deal with the loss. In closing out, I highly recommend them and will utilize there services again but I am NOT in a rush to do so!!

The entire staff at Mangano Funeral Home were compassionate, helpful and comforting. This was a most difficult time for our family in losing our mother, and my father losing his wife of over 60 years. I cannot thank Thomas enough for all his support and guidance throughtout this sad, stressful time. Thanks to Sean as well, who made us feel like family. My family cannot thank you enough.

In the most heartbreaking time of our lives and our first funeral preparation; Thomas literally held my hand from the beginning. Above and beyond with my father in law who lost his sweetheart of 67 years. My husband was equally impressed with his level of professionalism, know how, and compassion. We are all grateful.
