Malec & Sons helped me work with Dignity Memorial to put together prepaid direct cremation plans for myself and my husband. It was very easy to arrange basic plans for exactly what we wanted to make things simple for our families when we eventually pass away. I'm posting for the second time because I have not seen my first one! I just can't say enough about our experience when my mom passed away last year. I was an absolute mess, as I still am and I could never have done it without Malec & Sons Funeral Home and especially Anabel. She was so very warm, sympathetic and caring at a time when I couldn't even think straight. She went over and above what she needed to do and made my sons and I feel like family, even calling to check on us during the funeral process. The wishes of my mother, Shirley Kalush, were to not have a wake, but to have Malec handle the rest as they have handled the funerals of other family members. Anabel organized a beautiful church and cemetery service that was absolutely perfect. Thank you again to all of you and especially to Anabel for making such a difficult time so much easier.
