Paul and John told my wife at Mrs. Beach’s viewing that no flowers were ever delivered and then John remembered one delivery from Abbott’s. The story keeps changing. We’ve used this florist for many years and they are confident that Mrs. Beach’s name was on the delivery ticket. This is beyond wrong and unprofessional. My wife has spoken with Karen a few times. She is professional and seems to care.

My flowers were delivered on July 6th for Mrs. Helen Beach. The flowers were placed at Paul Milano’s mother-in- law’s viewing in the morning instead of Mrs. Beach’s that night. Michael, the owner, will not reimburse me. I have called at least 15 times. Rarely is my phone call returned. Karen and Michael are blaming Paul. The buck stops with Michael. He is responsible.
