We had an excellent experience with Murphy Funeral Home in Ewing, NJ. Nicole helped us navigate the entire process and there were no surprises. Our mother died in Ohio and they arranged for her body to be picked up by a local funeral home and prepared for the flight back to New Jersey. Everything was done by phone and e-mail and when we arrived for the viewing it was perfect. Nicole even arranged for a priest to be at both the viewing and burial. Mike gave us a very clear itemized bill and there were no surprises. For the reviews that are complaining about price, they should have gotten this information up front. Never want to meet someone under these circumstances. But definitely the place to go if you need the services. We were completely lost with how to even begin and walked out confident after our first visit knowing we had a plan. When the time came to use the services everything was perfect and the service was beautiful. Thank you so much for your help, compassion, and love that you put into everything you do.

Murphy Funeral Home, it's staff and specifically, Justin, were so very kind and compassionate during the loss of our unborn son. They worked with us and the hospital to take care of all of the arrangements for him. Justin was extremely thorough, caring, informative and responsive through the process. Everything was handled by the staff at Murphy so that my wife and I hardly had to think about those aspects. We were sure that they were taking such good care of all that needed to be done so that it was one less item in our minds.
