The director was rude plain and simple. And basically rushed us out of there at the end. Tried asking question about my mom's burial and would not give any information.

Not at all happy because we paid to cremate our son and the ashes were given to Lyndae Schimmel as guardian of his 4 year old daughter not his Father who paid. She didn't pay a dime and has kept his daughter and ashes from his father. The woman is psycho calling us and making false claims a Christian woman should be ashamed of!! Very bad evil woman given our sons ashes!! And we paid you for your services!! The door man claimed he's friends with this psycho woman who works for you as well. It's been months now and still not resolved...shame on you all!!! His father is heartbroken from what you have done!! And so am I!
