We met with them earlier this year to start the process. Mom was 98 and we knew that eventually we would be going through this. We picked a coffin and provided details on what we wanted and what mom would want. Little did we know that a few months later we would need Lundberg’s services. Sue did an excellent job. She only needed some additional details and then basically everything for us. And we are still hearing from them guiding us through the next steps of grief and dealing with things that come up after the funeral.
