I cannot express how much I appreciated the caring and compassionate nature of Lowe Funeral Home shown to me and my family during the recent passing of my husband. Lowe Funeral Home eased this sorrowful time and helped me make the difficult decisions while being respectful of my husband and the family. Anything we requested, it was granted. His service and reception were perfect. The follow up after all the services were done meant so much to me also. The texts, phone calls, and messages from Kelli and staff were so helpful, showing me that we were not just another client. Thank you again and I’m sure that Lowe Funeral Home was the right choice.

I was so amazed at the wonderful job that Kelli Smith did in preparing my mom’s funeral. Michael Swanger also did a wonderful preparing my father. I appreciate all the hard work that goes into preparing a loved for funerals. As far as I can remember we have always used Lowe Funeral Home for all of our family (Lewis Morene, Lula Morene, Georgia Pike, Verna Flowers, Wanda Morene, L. H. Morene, Jr., Decala M. Pike, Gary L. Pike, Alvin Little and probably more but it slips my mind. I WOULDN'T want my loved ones handled by anyone else but LOWE FUNERAL HOME. I’ve been to other funerals to where I was embarrassed for the family of a bad preparation of their loved one’s body. Everyone that goes to make up the family of Lowe Funeral Home goes way beyond the call of duty to make sure the dearly departed leaves this earth to be lowered underneath the sod with great respect. If you are looking for a deep concern and humble workers then look no further. I remember attending many funerals growing up. I especially remember Lowe Funeral Home here in Burlington but did not realize what an impact they would one day make in my life, although my parents had mentioned this is who they would one day want to care for them at the time of their death. They had been opened for quite some time and were owned by a local family. In November 2016, I lost my father. Of course, we contacted Lowe and met Eric Rudd who graciously worked with us to plan the service. He was very knowledgeable, compassionate, kind and very patient with us as we asked many questions. All the staff treated us with great dignity and as family. My father's service was done with honor since he was a veteran. Once again in July of this year, we had to rely on them for the loss of my mother. This time we had the great pleasure of meeting Kelly Hogan who stepped up to help us plan her service. Kelly was another guardian angel who got us through another difficult time and allowed us to grieve. The service was beautiful and just as my mother would have wanted. We feel a family bond with them due to the locale and being such a special people in our community. We highly recommend them. They are part of our family. God Bless All!
