The second thing I love is Kristen LeBlanc (General Manager). Kristen was kind, sincere and honest. Her years of wisdom were applied to everything she did. She easily became a friend and someone who even months later, I can contact if I have a question. She understands the human nature of tricky family dynamics and provides options. Everyone I met here was professional and treated me like they knew me. Kristen clearly loves what she does and extends that to her clients. You cannot put a price on that.

The people here are very kind and helpful. I was in a bind before a flight and had crematory remains that I needed transferred to and they did it for me short notice on the spot just walking in. I offered to pay but they wouldn’t accept. Wonderful people.

From the very day that I asked my first question Marybeth took my hand and guided our family through the process. Not only did she answer all of our questions thoroughly, but she also made exceptional suggestions and advised us on options that we didn't even know existed! Not only was she extremely professional and knowledgeable, but she also CARED. She checked in on me and offered to be there in the hardest of times. With her guidance we made it through and planned a beautiful service that I know my father would be so proud of. I seriously cannot thank her enough!!
