Unfortunately this guy is as unprofessional as they come. He wants to talk about money before picking up the body. Didn't has the audacity to want to shorten the family's time of the services as a part of his customary business model.. After signing a contract he then wants the money 7 days before the funeral indirect conflict with what is agreement both written and verbal requestions. Obviously there's a financial problem as well as a professionalism. Save yourself some stress during one of your hardest times in life and go somewhere else.
