Recently our family had the need of Lori Family Mortuary services. Charles and staff provided exceptional service through out the entire time. They were caring and professional with a true concern for our family needs during a difficult time. They made all of the arrangement and made sure everything was completed on time and properly. Charles kept us update with the progress regularly by phone as we where 250 miles away. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND LORI FAMILY MORTUARY to anyone need of this services

My Grandpa passed recently passed away on 8/18/2020 and on that heart moment trying to decide which funeral home to choose. God Bless me with Lori Family Mortuary, they went above and beyond to pleased the family on what we wanted to do for my grandpa for his last goodbye. Charles and his whole crew were very nice and patient with us and whatever we wanted to do they never said NO they went out of there way to make it happen. I highly recommend them when needing a funeral service hopefully you don't have to use them but at one point we all will and 5 stars are not enough for them I would give them 10 stars, Thank You Lori Family for making this hard moment way easier.

Recently, Santa Maria Mortuary my father in law past away Mauro Martinez De La Luz. Of course this makes a very hard time for the family. I was the one responsible for all the arrangements. I want to thank Lori Mortuary "Charles, Tyler and Kim" All of you help me get through this process with a lot of compassion and the price was right.
