hoping this was just a weird one time instance or else customer service needs to be better. we called the day my dog was set to be put down and the guy on the phone just kept going on about his own dogs. we get told she will be ready on tuesday. we come today (thursday) around 9:30am and get told we were “early” even though we said we would come thursday morning. he takes us down the pet crematory with a muffin in his hand and tells us he still has to finish up. while he’s finishing up he continues to talk about his own dogs and even shows us a picture of one that looks like ours that passed. he also said how busy his job is and how he can’t wait for his next day off. i really hope he doesn’t talk to other families like that because he made us feel like our dog passing was an inconvenience. we used this service a few years ago and everything went fine but unfortunately due to this incident we probably won’t use these services for our future pets .

Lindemann did such a wonderful job. From transportation of my Grandma all the way to the cemetery. They were respectful of her and my family, they made everything we wanted for her and her service a reality. She looked absolutely beautiful and completely at peace. I won't ever use another funeral home for any of my loved ones!!

Thank you Jason and staff. It was not easy to bring our sweet dog Lola after she passed, but I am certain I made the right choice. Jason was so kind and is extremely professional. He was generous with his time, and patient with me and my family. If you lost your beloved pet and are considering cremation they will make the process easy and personal.
