My parents prepaid for their services, my mom recently passed away, and we went in and choose a PURLPE Urn. Purple was her favorite color. It was a stain glass purple urn and it was beautiful. We ordered it and unfortunately it was blue. we were first told that is what we ordered which was not true as we had pictures and when they went back they agreed to call to company. Turns out there is not guarantee on color. Would of been nice to know. They offered a plain urn and to return what she was in. Which is not what we wanted. There was a lot of things they could of done, but they just seemed about the money. When i picked mom up again today. Worst experience ever! Shame on them. The Manager is void a heart. Anyone and Everyone, avoid this place if you care for your loved ones. I paid to have my son cremated and they continued on different occasions to misspell his name, lost the shirt he was wearing for viewing and who even knows if this is his body in the urn. Makeup was done very poorly for viewing and all I can say to my sons spirit is, I am sorry. I did not know. Regardless if you are on a limited budget as I was , please , for your loved ones sake, don’t leave them in the care of these people!

I went in a few days ago to pick up my grandmother's ashes. Carla, the manager, was a very nasty & uncompassionate woman with a heart of stone. Natalie, was the only kind-hearted one that apologized for the way I was treated. That manager's in the wrong line of business.
