Lifesong Funerals was the only service in the Tallahassee area willing to discuss and take on my need for a simple green funeral. Everyone else I spoke with wanted to sell me the full funeral industry “packages” and were unwilling to discuss any other options. Tholley and Sarah were welcoming, kind, and willing to listen to my needs without sales pressure. Lifesong is the only funeral service I have ever felt comfortable with and that my needs were being met with compassion - not only for myself, but for my family as well.

Recently one of the most important people in my world went home. As it so happens, our family is from Central Florida. I knew the folks there that our family has used in the past, but I now live in Gadsden County. It was several days of asking locals and reading Obits to see who gets the most business. After all, this was my 91-year-old Mother. I stuck to Google search and found Lifesong. Not trying to be all gimmicky nor am I getting any kickback to say what I am about to say. Tholley and his fantastic wife. (she has three kids, a busy job, and Tholley. Wow makes me tired just to think of all the laundry.) They have been my lifeboat. I just had to provide the facts, and Tholley put it all together so eloquently. "so shines a good deed in a weary world," When I needed dates changed, he changed them no question. When I went back three days after she passed and asked for an obituary to be done in addition to the obligatory "notice," again no problem just immediate response, it has been a joy to work with them.
