This place was not convenient for us. The freezer was set at 44, so most of our meat we were going to use for cooking was spoiled. There was no fridge to put our vegetables. The ac was only turned on for 1 side of the funeral home. If he had the ac turned on in the dining area, he would set the ac to turn off in the visitation/ chaple area. In nearly 100 degrees with the humidity of 80%, it was very uncomfortable. We asked for more chairs to be set up, but he told us no because we don't have a lot of people. If I could give it a 0 star rating, I would've. It's just too bad this guy owns 2 other funeral homes and it's just unfortunate the hmong people will have to support his business. But, if you are charging an arm and an leg, please have the ac going so people don't sweat while sitting in your place of business! Meat is very expensive and we lost a lot, 44 degrees is not up to health dept standards! So being so greedy.

This funeral home elected before they passed, when they passed, funeral home refused to pick them up or provide services without payment right away. They even hung up on us when we called saying they weren’t going to deal with it.

Clean facility and room is more than enough, BUT THE HEAT IN THE MAIN ROOM WAS REALLY BAD! Walking from the kitchen and eating room INTO the main room was like WALKING INTO A FREAKING SAUNA! If the family paid for the funeral home for the weekend, the temperature SHOULD be set between 70 and 73 considering HOW MANY PEOPLE THAT SHOWED UP AND COMPLAINED AND THEN LEFT! No one stayed for the entire funeral! Sunshine money? Friends and relatives coming from FAR???
