Rich Jr., Donna and the entire team at Lechner offer a no-pressure, custom experience that made the process of paying respects to my dad as smooth as it could be. There was no pressure or upselling on anything related to cremation. The ceremony was perfectly coordinated with St. Mary of the Lakes in Medford. And they had every detail down, remembering so many small details about our family that we told them. Same with death certificate coordination and retrieval, which was essential as we deal with my dad's estate. God willing - this is something I won't have to think about for at a minimum, another 17 years (I had such a streak going!), but if I do, I won't even give it a second thought - I will use Lechner.

They were the most respectful, understanding and compassionate funeral home to deal with. In hard times, They helped us make choices that I never thought we could do on our own. I recommend this funeral home to anyone going through the grieving process!
