I had the worse experience, my sisters body was late for her own service. They left the coffin flowers at the funeral home and blamed the florist so I did not have flowers for the actual funeral. They blamed everyone else for their mistakes and her make up was horrible too dark she didnt look like herself.

Simona was an absolute delight to work with for my Aunts funeral. The entire staff at Woodward were incredible. They really took care of everything so seamlessly and made my Auntie look like she was sleeping ❤️🙏🏽. Thank you guys so much.

I had two Funerals there about 10 years apart. My mother’s and most recently my wife’s funeral. Both I think they did an excellent job. Especially with my Wife’s funeral. There was a problem with my wife being buried at Calvary National Cemetery. They called me immediately and I was given a chance to correct everything in a timely manor. My wife’s funeral was so packed that, they came and opened up the other side for us. When we did reflection they came and turned down the video so people can speak. Everyone said to me that she looked like she was still alive. I paid extra for the make up and provided a picture. During the viewing, the artist came and put on her jewelry and prepared her. I don’t remember her name but I know it was Miss Thompson she was patient with me and I greatly appreciated this. My wife funeral was 4/20/2023
