I don’t understand how someone can have such a lack of regard when dealing with those who are grieving. I got the bare minimum when I paid a lot of money. I arrived at the cemetery which was 35 mins away to bury my mother and called this man to him I’m here and he tells me oh I’m sorry my secretary didn’t call you and tell you it’s a different place. He didn’t apologize until after I said something and said everyone is to blame. He made many mistakes and I couldn’t give my mother the proper burial she deserved.

If I could rate this place a -100 I would. 3 months later and they have not given us a death certificate. They lied and said they were waiting for payment from the state. It’s against the law to hold it no matter the situation. Don’t let them tell you those lies.

This is not the place to go to if you want a proper service. The stress that I went through to not even get the right service is unbelievable. Every time I called this man about details he always had some excuse for why he couldn’t do what I asked for. Instead of having empathy this could not bear accountability at all. Don’t go here.
