Amazing in all aspects. Kind, Caring, and Compassionate. Caitlyn was the best - highly recommend !! She had a wonderful Attention to detail and helped me with some creativity to make things personalized and honestly a bit fun (my dad had a huge sense of humor so we wanted to have a little life and fun in the wake). Caitlyn helped with everything, including obituary, prayer cards, music, you name it. Thank you !!!!!

Joe Craciun and his staff were the epitome of heartfelt compassion and professionalism! They believe in FAMILY and treated us just like THEIR family. And when they knew they had a Veteran, they went above and beyond in Honoring him. With the utmost respect, they genuinely CARED about our husband/father and they genuinely CARED about us! We were completely devastated over his unexpected death and their sensitivity and kindness with us was so comforting and helpful. We had many complicated things happening at once and over a period of days and they were there EVERY step of the way. From the hospital transport, to people flying in, to helping us set up life mementos and displays, to the logistics of handling an hour-long motorcycle/car procession to dealing with the military National Cemetery, they took care of every detail. We highly recommend Corrigan-Craciun Funeral Home to anyone and it is where our family will definitely go again when the need arises. God bless Joe Craciun and his staff!

We contacted Corrigan well before the death of my mother. We pre-planned and prepared for her death. When the day finally happened and we called Corrigan the arrived a few hours later, which was fine. I can even forgive the accident of them dropping her on the stairs as they transported her out of the house. Now, I'm writing this on behalf of my father more than a year after her death. The nightmare began in trying to get her death certificate, which took longer than 3 months. It took equally as long to get her remains. The communication to arrange time to get both the death certificate and the remains was sub-par. Part of the package we purchased was to include a necklace that is supposed to have my mother's fingerprint for my daughter. Over a year later and we still don't have it. We hired Corrigans ahead of her death to make the process easier and just allow us to grieve. But once she died, it's been nothing but a hassle. I hate to leave a negative review, but they have definitely earned it.
