On August 16of this year my brother Donald had a massive heart attack and died.The squad took his body to your funeral home. Donald's sisters travel from Kentucky we arrived at your place on Friday to make funeral arrangements.To our horror we found out that you had neglected his body and said there was no place to store him so you left his body to decay preventing our whole family not to say goodbye to him death was hard enough.Donald always wanted a military funeral That right he was also a vet How could you possibly operate a business like that.

During one of the most difficult times someone could imagine, Sebastian was very kind and a tremendous help. I, unexpectedly went into preterm labor a couple weeks ago and we lost our son after one hour. We decided to have him cremated and Sebastian told us that he made the vow to never charge someone for an infant or baby so during this tough time we felt somewhat relieved that we did not have to come up with the money to do this. Very thoughtful and quick to respond!

At the toughest time in our lives as parents who had lost their child Sebastian helped us take peace in knowing how important our sons memory was to him personally, The pride he takes in his profession.
