First off I want to say Thank you for the care you showed my Mother. The Dignity and compassion shown from everyone was phenomenal. A very special THANK YOU To Melanie Jordan. My dog Bart passed away at 2:05am on a Sunday morning. He was 13 years old. I called them at about 3am to make cremation arrangements for him. The nice lady who answered the phone was very cordial and understanding. She sent me the info online and I completed the information. She told me that someone would meet at 11am on Sunday to accept his body. He did exactly on time. He was very understanding and cordial. He treated Bart's body with dignity and respect. They did everything on site. I received his urn, ashes and paw print on Wednesday. And all this for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.I have instructed my daughter that I want them to handle my cremation and service. I was so happy to know that take of pets arrangements also.

I cannot say enough positive words about Ryan Brown for his calming demeanor and guidance following the death of my husband. While I had an overall plan in mind, Ryan patiently walked me through the options and steps to make those plans a reality. At no point was he pushing anything. He simply guided my daughter and I to create a beautiful service. At the last minute, we decided a change might be easier on us. Melanie Jordan greeted us, listened to our request, and immediately made the changes. The day of the funeral, there was sufficient help from the funeral home to guide guests and to problem solve some critical technical needs. I cannot recommend Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services enough. Simply put: they met our every need with grace and compassion.
