Honestly can’t say enough about how kind caring and amazing Mack is. My niece was born prematurely and sadly passed away after a few weeks and as hard as it all is he made going through this process so much easier to handle. Would highly recommend using them.

Was told would receive 5 death certificates and so far have not received any almost 2 months after the death. Emails and messages have not been returned. The being abandoned on the death certificates is the real insult. Also, they put the wrong prayer in the memorial cards. Wasn't a big deal until it added to the death certificate situation. Really hoping a long period of time passes before we have to find another funeral home.
