My grandmother passed away on May 3rd in hospice and was taken to this funeral home to be cremated. My mother and I called and checked in every few days to make sure everything was alright and they said it was. Then we get a call one afternoon saying she had to have paper work turned in by the end of that day or she would be considered abandoned. We got no warning prior to this and had to scramble to figure out how we were going to do this. We managed to get it done thankfully. Then about a week later we're told she ready for pick up or delivery. We don't live in the area so we chose delivery. Weeks go by and we're calling multiple times asking where her cremains are. We got the runaround every time we called and texted. We had to have our lawyer call and ask where she was. Finally I get an email with a tracking number but no explanation or apology whatsoever. We didn't receive her cremains until AUGUST! It was an all around unprofessional experience in a very difficult time in our lives and I would suggest anyone avoid this place if possible.
