This Funeral home is the best from the 1st phone call to the final steps. Truly comforting caring and supportive. Everyone even Colleen . Mr David even makes you laugh in hard times he doesn’t wait for the question he knows what’s needed and acts . I assure you this is the best funeral home in the State of Pennsylvania. I’m so serious he’s fair very clean and empathetic to your family and needs and concerns . Trust me if you trust him with his services you won’t be disappointed. The Lambie FH is a Ten star company. I'd previously dealt with several funeral homes and had ok experiences. But David Lambie, the director, made it so simple and easy for us, and did not persuade us to buy overpriced items, in fact he made us not to buy the unnecessary items. The total cost of the funeral came in under what we expected, and the entire process went without a hitch. But the most impressive aspect was the way he prepared my father for the viewing; he looked amazingly alive, which gave my family so much comfort. He did the best work that I've ever seen. I want to take the time to thank David and Dana Lambie for being so patient, helpful, kind, compassionate, supportive, warm, welcoming, accommodating and overall genuinely good people towards me and my family during some of the hardest points in our lives. From the first nervous phone call, David put me at ease and made me feel so comforted by his words and approach when it came to answering my questions and offering information and advice/options for everything else that comes with the funeral arrangements. My older brother passed away, and my mother was too ill to handle any of the planning and David and Dana made my experience as stress free as I think it could have gone. My mother only had one request, that the funeral and burial happen as soon as possible... after my initial call with David and agreeing to go with their services, my brother was transported to the funeral home that same day and the funeral took place just a few days later. David and Dana assisted with everything (from the slide show, to texting and emailing me, checking in after the funeral, helping with cemetery information) and made this process as painless as possible and honestly...I just can't thank them enough or speak any more highly of them. Everyone who was able to physically attend the funeral agreed that the funeral directors had a great "vibe" a positive energy and with loss and a pandemic... that's all you can ask for and they delivered that and then some. Everything went smoothly, safely, and according to plan. THANK YOU!!
