A sincere THANK YOU from our family to the Dignity Memorial staff at Lakeshore Mortuary for the funeral services of my mom and dad on two separate days over two years. The entire management staff led by David, Cheri and many others, made the painful planning process easy and took care of all the details for two perfectly executed days for family and attendees. For the ceremony itself, the true difference maker was having Ronda as our Celebrant Manager who presided over both funerals like an emcee, listened to our family stories in advance, and retold them in a warm and caring way like she personally knew our family. We provided her with personal items which she arranged and displayed in the room like a wonderful museum which told the story of their lives which really enriched the experience and made the emotional connection to who they were and how they lived.
