Very caring, compassionate, helpful and respectful staff. Zero pressure. They made our families experience stress free during a very hard time. I'm very thankful for how they handled my mother's arrangements. Pricing was honest and reasonable. In no way did they take advantage of our situation. I'm very thankful we chose them.

Our Lakeshore representative, Emily, was incredibly responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She even thought of things we did not (ex. provided us bins so we could take flowers to the church without them spilling). It made a really difficult occasion go as smoothly as possible. Moreover, I never felt like I was being guilted, manipulated, or pushed into spending money on the more elaborate services or items. They listened to what we wanted and made all efforts to meet those requests. They are good people.

Lakeshore Memorial Services gave us a celebration of my husband's life that was very memorable. It was not sad, and it made this time of his passing more special and easier for us to process. They helped us display personal items of his that were near and dear to his heart. There were people that randomly gave talks about personal times with my husband, and everyone had a nice time remembering him. The pictures that were shown on the screen were awesome too. The desserts were fantastic and we went home with leftovers and the church had some too. All and all our family rate Lakeshore first rate and recommend it to everyone that needs services for their loved one. They are very professional, caring and personal, and will anticipate your every need. Our family would like to thank them from the bottom of our hearts for their care of us at our time of sorrow.
