I want to start off by thanking the staff for how helpful and supportive they have been through these hard times. Mr Raul was thorough on the services he provides, Ms karina made sure everything was in order before our arrival. The place was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming and most of all the chapel presentation was amazing ! I am forever thankful to them as they made this celebration perfect!

The service was supposed to be over at 12:30 so I made sure to go to the restroom 15 minutes before and they didn't want to let me go bc they said that they had already closed that section off. I told them I had to go and the lady moved but kept mumbling stuff. When I got out the same lady was talking loud so I could hear her and she was saying that people need to understand that they have rules. They kept reminding everyone that we needed to leave asap bc they were going to charge more.
