Krause handle our mom’s service arrangements and cremation with compassion, empathy and amazing customer service. They checked in with us every step of the way to ensure our wishes were being honored.

I was born and raised in Milwaukee but never lived there as an adult. I’m 63 now and was in town for my best friend’s funeral in 2021. Krause handled it and I was impressed, so when my mom died I knew who to call. It was white glove service from jump street and throughout the process, and even after my mom was buried, they just kept impressing! I worked mostly with Yvett, one of the funeral directors. As you would expect, it was a very emotional time for us but Yvett was just beautiful. So patient and gently moving us forward, she was precious! We never felt rushed and it was always about what mom would want, the best care for mom, and always keeping costs in consideration. She helped us make the tough decisions we are all still happy we made. On the day of the funeral, the guys at the church and burial site were gentle and perfect! They gave us the option of lowering my mother’s coffin into the ground while we were there or after we left. When we chose to have them do it after we left, they assured me that they would stay there to make sure it was done gently and respectfully. I had no doubt that would be done because I trusted them❤️❤️❤️❤️

The staff were peaceful in my presence, just the way they talk to you about details, they say everything with such patience and peaceful manner. Everything I asked they didn’t hesitate to help and they made everything happen I needed. The funeral its self did not feel rushed at all, they let time flow with the night. My dad looked phenomenal. He was sick and they made him look healed and so healthy again. They did a beautiful job with making him look his best. His army uniform on him was perfect. Clean and crisp. Krause cares about you like you are their only priority/funeral going on. Felt like a home away from home feeling. A month later and they are still there for me. Krause made us feel the process in such a devastating time smooth so we could mourn and focus on my father. We ordered appetizers to have for our guests and so many mentioned how good the food was.
