My family has used the services of Krause Funeral Home twice before my husband passed. We knew what to expect and were not disappointed. We were greeted by everyone we came in contact with empathy and compassion, kindness and a willingness to help. My husband was cremated but the staff did all they could to make the body presentable for the final viewing. That meant a lot to me because I could remember him in a very relaxed peaceful way, like sleeping, rather than the way he looked when they took him after the paramedics had worked on him. We’re satisfied with the service provided to us and Krause has continued to work with us by providing information on counseling for follow up if needed and checking on me by texts.

A difficult time made less difficult by the large professional staff. Just about everyone seemed to really care and go the extra yard to make things work smoothly. The only real complaint I had was no one (including the funeral director) bothered to provide their cell phone number. Every question I had seemed to be directed to a new employee which made me uncomfortable. Otherwise the service itself was *****!
