When our mom was placed in hospice, we met with the sales rep. He was so charming, compassionate and easy to work with and never pushed the sale. He made an incredibly difficult process so much less stressful that we planned and paid for her viewing and funeral that day. After mom passed and we worked with the funeral director who was also charming and compassionate. He asked about mom's favorite things to do, see, etc. We answerd his questions and provided a few of her favorite personal items to be used at the viewing and funeral. When we walked into the room the evening of the viewing, it took our breath away. We had never seen a more beautiful set up. It was above and beyond anything we and mom would have expected. The way in which their entire staff cared for our mom, their compassion for us, our family and friends was above and beyond our expectations.
