We have had 3 memorial services at KR, Blaine. I have said it so many times, I will always, always have our services with them. Everyone I have worked with is caring, kind and go the extra mile to make it as easy as possible during difficult times. They are incredible at personalizing the service with their video wall displays, the theme areas and wonderful personalized book and extras. They surprise me with something new everytime to honor the loved one we are remembering. All the feedback from those who attend the services are in awe and comment how wonderful the room is and how beautiful the services is. I can't say enough about KR! You are all the best. ~Amber

If I could give them a million stars I would!! Danielle(Blaine location) has definitely found her calling & doing exactly what she was called to do. They make you feel like the person you’ve lost was their family member too. The loss of a loved one is one of the most stressful things you go through in life, they take all of that stress away & handle every single detail for you. It’s one stop shopping, if you will, from the flowers, urn or casket, catering, music, picture slides , etc. We purchased our own urn & brought it to them & they handled it with the same care as if we purchased it from them. Questions were answered so quickly via text & email through out the entire process. They listened to all the details we gave them about our mom and it showed!! They used what we said and incorporated so many personal details to the room (see pictures) about her. It was absolutely perfect! Karen & the entire team nailed it!! Thank you!!

I am so glad that I called the Kozlak-Radulovich Blaine Chapel to handle the "Celebration of Life" for my partner of 42 years. The service put together by the Funeral Director, Danielle, and her staff was amazing. Danielle guided me through every step of the process, beginning to end, and handled almost everything--once decisions were made. Danielle truly understands the heartbreak and stress that goes along with losing a loved one. The staff Service Designer, Karen, absolutely captured my partner's essence and life through her thoughtful arrangements of multiple photo slideshows, displays of personal items, and music favorites. There were many, many compliments from those attending the service. It was a true celebration of my partner's life. The Chapel facility is very nice and the entire staff is super caring and responsive. I can never thank them enough for their services.
